FITNESS CHALLENGES

There are not many people around who are not motivated by a challenge, either to themselves or a challenge with or against other people. I certainly believe that a challenge can be a great motivator and also can be an opportunity to meet up with like minded people. Here’s what I do…

Organised challenge events

Every year I help my clients who are keen to get involved in an event or events. These are all professionally organised I just provide a bit of support to help you get involved, maybe even join up with other trainers and clients, sign up, get prepared and participate.

Examples are:
– Local 5km run.
– London to Brighton Cycle race.
– “Tough Mudder” event.
– Complete a Camino to Santiago. Cycle or walk.
– Complete the Scottish “Coast to Coast”: cycle/kayak/run.

Personal/group challenges

Some people find that getting involved in personal or small group fitness challenges can be a great motivator. I can help you here by setting up specific personal challenges over specific timescales e.g. 30 days and also involve others in the same small group challenges/competitions. Small prizes here also help!
