ABOUT ME

JOE TEMPLE

Born and raised on the Isle of Wight spending my early years playing team sports, cricket, football, basketball and surfing. Later in life I travelled to South East Asia and spent a year in Australia becoming a qualified diver. I have had 3 seasons experience in the Alps  qualifying as a Snowboard Instructor and did some instructing on the slopes during my third season.

More recently I have lived for a year in the Sierra Nevada mountains in the South of Spain, running and cycling and also qualified as a Personal Trainer. My spiritual home is probably in the mountains. Believing one of life’s greatest pleasures is helping other people achieve their personal fitness and wellbeing goals through providing guidance, support and motivation.
Success depends on both trainer and client together being fully committed.
